This control panel tastefully repaints the desktop a lovely random color at each startup, making life a little brighter and unexpected.

This program may be freely distributed and used at no cost (except the occasional distress of a hideous color choice...). All code remains my exclusive property. (So there!) If you like it -- please send me email.

We, the creators will not be responsible for any damage caused by this program -- including, but not limited to heart attacks caused by shock from a certain particularly scary yellow-orange color! Use at your own risk.
